Kelly Tate has 15 years of experience working as a reading therapist of children with dyslexia. She has developed a passion for educating children in settings that encourage and support diverse learners through creativity, inquiry-based learning and project-based experiences. Kelly is a founding member of Ignite Entrepreneurship Academy, as she developed a vision for this unique learning environment several years ago and has dedicated the past two years to developing and promoting positive relationships that have made this school a reality. Kelly earned a degree in Elementary Education and Special Education through Utah Valley University. She also holds a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Scranton University. Kelly, her husband and children currently reside in Lehi.
Coach Aaron is from Waianae, Hawaii. Growing up in Hawaii with three brothers, he had many opportunities to play and love many sports, both on land and in the ocean. When he wasn’t playing sports, he was watching sports. Coach Aaron's favorite thing to do is to be in the ocean. Coach Aaron has been teaching for the last 9 years. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Secondary Education and a Masters of Education in Advanced Teaching and Leadership.
